ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for Respondents 1 to 4.
2. This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 3 and 4 to dispose the Appeal pending before the 3rd Respondent in 0.MU.A2-E-4989890-2026 dated 9.9.2026 with regard to cancellation of patta No.947 for S.No.51/23 and patta No. 926 for S.No. 51/29 in Poovarasakudi, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukottai District.
3. Considering the limited relief that has been sought for in the Writ Petition, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with.
4. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner’s appeal dated 09.09.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondents 3 and 4, and any other interested persons, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
