PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the order of suspension dated 04.10.2021 in R.O.C.No.35098/2021/A5 issued by the respondent and quash the same as illegal, consequently directing the respondent to reinstate petitioner in service within the time stipulated by this court.
