JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he has circulated a letter to the Registry on 15.10.2026, stating that he is going to withdraw the civil miscellaneous appeal. Pursuant to the same the matter is listed today under the caption ‘for withdrawal’.
