ORDER
The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to pass further orders in pursuance of the first respondent's letter to the petitioner on 10.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the 1st respondent submitted that they would bring the above letter dated 10.07.2023 to its logical conclusion within a reasonable time.
3. In such view of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to bring the letter dated 10.07.2023 to its logical conclusion on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
