ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they have filed present writ petition claiming parity with the order passed by this Court in WP.Nos.16851 to 16872 of 2012 dated 25-08-2023.
2. At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel (TANGEDCO) for the respondents, in all fairness, submitted that against the above order, the respondents preferred a writ appeal before this Court in W.A.No.811 of 2025 and batch. The Hon'ble Division Bench, by order dated 22.09.2026, has allowed the appeal by dismissing the writ petition.
3. In view of the dismissal of the writ petition, the petitioners cannot claim any parity. Hence, it is amply clear that nothing survives in the present writ petition.
