ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the first respondent dated 29.06.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the leaned counsel for the 2nd respondent. There is no representation on behalf of the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is highly meritorious and she ought to have been promoted as Head of Department. However, due to the mala fide intention on the part of the 2nd respondent, they have not considered the petitioner for promotion. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner raised serious objections, with all fairness, would submit that the petitioner has already been superannuated on 30.06.2024.

WP No. 16830 of 2023

4. In such view of the above factual position, this Court is of the firm view that nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected WMPs are also closed. 07-10-2026 Index: Yes Speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No KMI To
