Order
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that Form-7 has already been issued on 24.09.2026 to the encroachers and further proceedings would be completed as expeditiously as possible.
2. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to complete the further process of removal of encroachments by following the procedures as contemplated under the relevant Statutes and Rules in force within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
