This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- “direction appointing an Retired High Court Judge to act as an observer to oversee and monitor the entire election process of the petitioner association, namely Tamil Nadu Judo Association (Reg.No. 329/ 2017 ) scheduled to be held on 19.09.2026 (Time 10.00am to 5.00pm venue and the Residency Towers Ballroom 3 and 4 No, 115 Sir Thiyagaraya Road, T.Nagar Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600 017 ) alongside Respondent no.3 (Electoral Officer).”
2. It is now informed that the election has been conducted by the Returning Officer appointed by this Court and that the newly elected Office Bearers have also assumed charge.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in the above Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
