Order
The above writ petitions are filed seeking a direction to respondents to consider the petitioner’s representations dated 18.05.2026 for construction of an RCC bridge across the PAP water canal in front of the petitioners lands situate at Kondampatti Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District.
2. The petitioner is the owner of the subject property. The entire stretch of the petitioner’s land is situated abutting the Udumalpet – Palladam road. In between the said road, a PAP water canal is running on the western side of his land from south to north direction. The petitioner submitted a detailed representations dated 18.05.2026 along with relevant documents requesting

permission for construction of an RCC bridge across the PAP water canal to enable him to have access to his lands. Since there is no response, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner’s representation dated 18.05.2026 has not been considered to date, a direction is issued to respondents to consider the petitioner’s representations and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents shall consider the hardship that would be caused to the petitioner if the request is not accepted.
