This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondent Bank to return the original sale deed dated 30.12.1994 registered as Document No.1155 of 1994 and the Settlement Deed dated 06.11.2013 registered as Document No.2979 of 2013, deposited with the respondent Bank as security in connection with the educational Loan Account No.62987780000019, which has already been fully settled and closed by considering the petitioner’s representation dated 31.07.2026.
