ORDER
Challenging the order of suspension, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submit that pending this writ petition, the petitioner has been imposed with a punishment and it has also been implemented. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.
