ORDER
Despite the matter being listed under the caption 'for orders' there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the previous dates of hearing i..e, on 07.09.2026 and 06.10.2026, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
2. Further, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that the 3rd respondent Institute itself is not in existence.
