ORDER
By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner had approached this Court seeking for issuance of Mandamus for grant of patta in Survey No.27/1, Arayampatti Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District based upon his representation dated 29.09.2026.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that an application for grant of patta should be made by registering the application on the online portal.
4. Considering the fact that a representation has been made, the petitioner is directed to make an application on the online portal for the relief that is sought for and when such an application is made, the same shall be considered by the third respondent on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
