ORDER

By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. Considering the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, notice to the respondents 5 to 7 is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner had approached this Court seeking for issuance of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider his representation dated 06.07.2026.

3. A perusal of the said representation would indicate that the same had been only presented to the first respondent herein, whereas, provision of appeal as against the patta issued by the fourth respondent is available with the third respondent. In that regard, this Court is of the view that the

WP(MD) No. 29023 of 2026 petitioner could be directed to file an appeal before the third respondent, if aggrieved against the patta issued by the fourth respondent in favour of the respondents 5 to 7.

4. In fine, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an appeal as provided to the third respondent. On such appeal being filed, the same shall be disposed of by the third respondent as expeditiously as possible, after issuing notice to all the necessary parties concerned. There shall be no order as to costs. 07-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No Lm To
