ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking for Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein to dispose of his representation dated 13.01.2026 for issuance of separate patta.
2. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner's mother had made an online application on 05.09.2018 and 03.02.2022, which had been followed up with the representation of the petitioner on 13.01.2026, for issuance of separate patta.
3. In such view of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner's mother dated 05.09.2018 and 03.02.2022, which had been followed up with the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2026, after affording an opportunity to all interested persons concerned, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
