ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The writ petitioner is a resident of Adhidravidargal Street in Ponnangudi Village in Thirupattur Taluk. He alleges that there are encroachments in S.No.858. He wants the same to be removed.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, states that S.No.858 has been classified as public pathway.
4. We direct the third respondent to conduct survey. Notice will be issued to all the interested persons before conducting survey. The survey results indicate that if there are encroachments, the same shall be removed by adhering to due process of law. The entire process will be finished within five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. (G.R.S.,J.)
