PRAYER: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment made across the public pathway in Old Survey No. 72/1B in New Survey No.72/1C at Thondi Town Panchayat, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, caused by the construction of a Government Primary School toilet building, M.G.R. Noon Meal Scheme kitchen building and further construction, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.11.2025 and for other reliefs within a period stipulated by this Court.
