ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. It is fairly admitted by the first respondent that the petition mentioned survey numbers are patta lands. Therefore, the first respondent will not have any jurisdiction in the matter. This is a private dispute between the writ petitioner and the second respondent. They will have to work out their rights before the jurisdictional civil Court. The impugned communication addressed to the local police is quashed. The rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the pending civil suit. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
