ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Executing Court ordering the attachment of the movable property belongs to the petitioner as the petitioner failed to pay the amount in terms of the decree passed in motor accident claim petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the entire outstanding EP amount together with interest has been deposited by the petitioner and the same was received by the respondent.

3. Since the decree passed in M.C.O.P.No.244 of 2014 has been satisfied by payment of entire amount with interest, there is no necessity to attach the moveable property belongs to the petitioner. Hence, the order dated 23.06.2023 passed in E.P.No.24 of 2020 in M.C.O.P.No.244 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Subordinate Court), Cheyyar at Thiruvannamalai District, is set aside and the Civil Revision Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 06-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No dm
