ORDER
It is informed that the petitioner has not been served with the order appointing him as an ART Medical Officer, Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai.
2. The learned Additional Advocate General would submit that petitioner has been on medical leave and therefore, the order could not be served on him. Today, the order has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the sub application and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement.
