O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against respondents 5 to 7 and to remove the encroachment in survey No.273/2 measuring more than 00086 square meters S.No.273/4 measuring more than 00074 sq.m.and in S.No.273/1 situated at Athanancheri village Padappai panchayat Sriperumbudur Taluk Kancheepuram District and to take effective preventive measures to ensure that no further encroachment is made in future.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 to R4 would submit that encroachments involved in the present Writ Petition had already been removed. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has also endorsed the said submission.
