O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam,J.) This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the illegal encroachment made by the 4th Respondent on the public road at Nehru Street, Pasumpon Nagar, Perumbakkam, Chennai, pursuant to the petitioner's representations dated 15.12.2025.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that enforcement actions have already been launched. Thus, Authorities require sometime to remove the entire encroachment.
3. In view of the said submission, competent Authorities are directed to remove encroachments by following procedures as contemplated under relevant provisions of Act and Rules, by affording opportunity of hearing to all parties. The entire exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
