Order
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Learned Additional Government Pleader, based on the written instructions given by the Tahsildar, Kundrathur dated 06.10.2026 would submit that during the survey, the authorities identified encroachments in water body as well as streets. Enforcement actions are initiated and notices came to be issued to the encroachers.
2. In view of the said submission, the respondents are directed to proceed with the enforcement action, complete the same by following the procedures as contemplated under the relevant Statutes and Rules in force. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
