ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to regularise the period from 01.11.2021 to 23.11.2021 as period spent on duty with continuity of service inclusive of all

consequential service and monetary benefits by considering the petitioner’s representation dated 06.06.2022.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner to regularise the period from 01.11.2021 to 23.11.2021 as a period spent on duty with continuity of service, inclusive of all consequential service and monetary benefits has been considered by the respondent and passed orders on 16.02.2026, vide proceedings in br/K/vz;.efile989/gm2/2025. It is his submission that the prayer has already been complied with.
