Order

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The sketch produced by the Revenue authorities would show that the pathway measuring 8 Meters on the Eastern side and 5.2 Meters on the Western side are already available for the petitioner to reach his Patta land. Therefore, the temple is not causing any obstructions. However, if the Highways authorities need any further land for road expansion projects or otherwise, they will initiate appropriate action.

2. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. (S.M.S.,J.) (R.R.V.,J.) 06-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No KST
