O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam,J.) This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2025.
2. With reference to the relief sought for in the writ petition, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that Revenue Authorities conducted inspection and identified encroachments. Tahsildar, Chinna Salem has addressed a letter dated 06.10.2026 to the learned Additional Government Pleader in this regard, stating that encroachments were identified.
3. In view of the said factum, Respondents are directed to proceed with the enforcement action by following procedures as contemplated under the relevant Statute and Rules in force and remove encroachments. The entire exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
