ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition, learned Special Government Pleader, based on instructions given by the authorities would submit that notice has already been issued to the encroachers. After affording opportunity, date for eviction is fixed on 30.10.2026.
2. In view of the said submission, respondents are directed to complete enforcement action and evict the encroachers by following the procedure as contemplated under the statutes and rules in force. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
