ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2025 to issue a legalheir certificate of his wife deceased Suryakala by including his name and their adopted daughter minor Hasini as her legal heirs.
2. Today, when the matter came up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner was already considered by the respondents and the legal heirship certificate had been issued to the petitioner.
