ORDER
This writ petition has been filed against the impugned assessment order dated 19.02.2026 passed by the respondent.
2. After making some submissions, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of the court to file an appeal against the impugned order.
3. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file an Appeal within a two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
