ORDER

Though the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 11.03.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not in a position to file an appeal within time, as the said order was uploaded only after four months from the date of its passing. Therefore, he seeks the leave of this Court to file an appeal.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 06-10-2026 Asi __________
