This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 10.01.2023 passed by the respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to with this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the impugned order has been passed on 10.01.2023, the petitioner shall file an application for condoning the delay before the Regional Director,
