PRAYER: S 2 Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned suspension order issued by the 3rd respondent has issued proceedings in Se.Mu.Ka.No.C.V.1/ 309/2025 dated 17.04.2025 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service along with backwages within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court challenging the order of suspension issued by the third respondent in his proceedings in Se.Mu.Ka.No.C.V.1/309/2025, dated 17.04.2025.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had no instructions from his client.
3. However, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is no more and has passed away.
