ORDER
The petitioner, being the second wife of the deceased employee of the respondent Corporation, has submitted an application seeking family pension and has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus.
2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation, by referring to the proceedings of the Accounts Officer, Corporation Office, Karur dated 01.10.2026, submits that the request of
WP(MD) No. 13256 of 2025 the petitioner has been considered and rejected. A copy of the proceedings has been placed before this Court and a copy has also been served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Considering the scope of this Writ Petition and in view of the proceedings dated 01.10.2026, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings in the manner known to law.
