ORDER
The petitioner with a grievance that the medical expenses incurred by him have not been reimbursed, has submitted a representation and has also filed this writ petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, based on the instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner has been forwarded to the second respondent/Insurance Company on 17.05.2023 and that the Insurance Company has also paid the eligible amount to the petitioner.
3. By recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Level Empowered Committee, if he is still aggrieved.
