PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondents to remove the encroachment made in Cart Track in Survey Numbers 45/1, 46/1, 47/1 situated at Pathirakalipuram, Dombucherry Village, Bodinayakanur Taluk, Theni District within time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel for the respondents 5 and 6.
2. The writ petitioner is a resident of Pathirakalipuram. He alleges that there are encroachments in the petition mentioned cart-track. He wants the same to be removed.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate conceded that there are encroachments. According to him, action has already been initiated in this regard.
4. We direct the second respondent to cause removal of all the encroachments by adhering to due process of law. The entire exercise shall be complete with a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of his order.
