ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The writ petitioner is a resident of Panikkarkulam, Kayathar Taluk. He wants us to direct the authorities to remove the electric poles and towers installed by the private respondents in the petition mentioned survey numbers. According to the petitioner, the petition mentioned lands have been classified as grazing lands.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader made available the copy of the “A” register extract. It is seen therefrom that the petition mentioned survey numbers have been classified as belonging to the second respondent.

4. The learned standing counsel for the second respondent states that they had granted permission to the private respondents to erect electric poles and towers.
5. This writ petition has been filed on the premise that the lands are grazing lands. But the revenue records indicate otherwise. They belong to the second respondent. Therefore, the very foundation on which this writ petition has been filed stands undermined. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
