(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard Both sides.
2. We are more than satisfied that S.No.408/1 has been classified as “Kovil poramboke”. S.Nos.408/2, 408/3 and 408/4 stand in the name of Arulmighu Sriyambalinga Samy Thiru Kovil. We, therefore, really wonder as to how S.No.408/1 can be in the name of a church. Be that as it may, the third
WP(MD) No. 21997 of 2025 respondent cannot be mandated to take action against the respondents 4 and 5. The petitioner's remedy lies elsewhere.
