PRAYER: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 6
to remove the encroachment made by the Respondents No.7 and 8 in the public pathway comprised in S.No.306/13 situated in Kurunthankulam Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai district and consider petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2025 and 28.07.2025 respectively within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The writ petitioner is a resident of, Kurunthankulam, Seikalathur, Sivagangai District. He alleges that there are encroachments in the petition mentioned pathway.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader confirmed that there are encroachments and to remove the same, the Tahsildar, Manadurai has already passed an order under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act. If the said eviction order has not been stayed or set aside, the same shall be enforced within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
