ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4.
2. It is not in dispute that the petition mentioned lands have been classified as “Adi Dravidar Natham”. The fifth respondent herein belongs to SC community. He, therefore, cannot be termed as an encroacher. We decline to interfere. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. (G.R.S.,J.)
