ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner challenges the order passed by the respondent under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. The specific stand of the petitioner is that the petition mentioned lands are patta lands. The revenue record do not indicate otherwise. We are therefore of the view that the impugned order is without jurisdiction. It stands quashed and the writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
