ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner's allegation is that a temple is being put up in a public road. The petitioner has identified the survey number as 260/5. But the respondents categorically state that it is a patta land. Therefore, the third respondent will not have any jurisdiction in the matter. The petitioner’s remedy lies elsewhere. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. (G.R.S.,J.) (M.D.S.,J.) 06-10-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Neutral Citation: Yes/No PMU
