ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner sought patta for the petition mentioned land. The District Revenue Officer, Kanyakumari District rejected the petitioner’s request vide order dated 01.08.2025. The reason for rejection is that the land in question is located within the prohibited distance from the high watermark of the seas.
