ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.
2. Even before the institution of this writ petition, the fourth respondent had been granted patta. Therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous even at the inception. It stands dismissed. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to challenge the patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent. No costs.
