After submitting representation dated 29.08.2026 for migration of the Mini Bus permit under the New Comprehensive Scheme, the petitioner has approached this Court for a direction in relation thereto.
2. Mr.R.Parthiban, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for the respondents. He has handed over a copy of proceedings dated 18.09.2026 rejecting the petitioner's request.
