dated 16.10.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the and 3rd respondent not to evict the petitioner without following due process of law by demolishing the petitioners property in S.No.438 situated at Vaivespuram, Nagayakottai Post, Guziliyamparai Taluk, Dindigul District.
