ORDER
The respondent/contemnor is present. He has vacated and handed over the keys of the tenanted premises. Keys are in turn handed over to the learned counsel for the landlord.
2. The respondent has also handed over a cheque for Rs.30,000/-(Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) in full and final settlement of the rental arrears. The cheque is also handed over to the learned counsel for the landlords. The cheque is subject to realisation.
3. The respondent is discharged from any further proceedings in the contempt petition and the contempt petition is closed. 05-10-2026
