PRAYER: Contempt petition filed under section 11 of the contempt of courts act, 1971 to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings against the Respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 19.12.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No. 28084 of 2025 to punish the Contemnors/Respondents in accordance with law under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to consequently direct the Contemnors/Respondents to forthwith comply with the said order by

ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed that the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD) No. 28084 of 2025 dated 19.12.2025 has not been complied with.
2. Today, when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General submits that as against the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD) No. 28084 of 2025 dated 19.12.2025, a writ appeal has been preferred in W.A.(MD)No.1327 of 2026 and a Division Bench of this Court has seized off the matter by granting interim stay, by order dated 25.08.2026 in C.M.P.(MD)No.11555 of 2026. It is further submitted that the petitioner has also entered appearance in the writ appeal.
