ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed that the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD).No.25544 of 2025 dated 23-09-2025 has not been complied with.
2. Earlier, when this contempt petition was taken up for hearing on 08.06.2026, it was submitted that the 2nd respondent has fully complied with the order of this Court, whereas, the 1st respondent has not complied with the order of this Court. For reporting compliance by the 1st respondent, this contempt petition was being periodically adjourned by this Court.
