2. On perusal of the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition, it is seen that the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to publish the overall seniority list of the teaching staff. Now, the second respondent has already published the seniority list on 02.06.2025 and the administration of the second respondent has also been taken over by the first respondent.
3. In such view of the circumstances, and considering the fact that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has already been complied with by virtue of the issuance of the seniority list on 02.06.2025 in Na.Ka.No.0007/E1/2024, nothing survives for further consideration in the present Writ Petition.
