ORDER
The instant Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2022 and appoint him on a regular and permanent basis to the post of Driver in the second respondent-Municipality, with all attendant benefits.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the limited relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders thereon, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
